Well, I was supposed to be working on a Crowley article, which I said I was going to finish several weeks ago. It’s a pretty important article, and it really should be written. But I really don’t feel like writing about Gerald Gardner or Wicca.
I think it’s really important for people to understand that no religion is truly original. All religions borrow from each other. The founder of Wicca borrowed ideas from Crowley and the O.T.O. . The church of Satan borrowed from John Dee, Crowley, and others in turn. Crowley took things from the Golden Dawn and the Masons. The point is all religions borrow from each other. Almost all religions are connected in some way, so for anyone to say that their religion is unique and never “borrowed” any information from anywhere else is ludicrous. It’s not only ludicrous, but it’s damn near impossible.
The article on Crowley and Gardner is almost finished. If I’m going to finish it, it needs to be well documented otherwise there’s no point in finishing it. The funny thing is I’ve actually been writing a lot. I just haven’t been writing about Crowley.
